I want to make a batch of mead, using:
- of honey (uncaramelized)*
- of , or
- SG boost from any other fermentable sugars
- % alcohol tolerance of the yeast*
Features I may add later include:
- A list of things you can add amounts of, including calculating their effects on the fermentable sugars
- A list of known yeasts, with preset tolerances
- Ability to create an account, save recipes, make batches, and record actual SG readings, all with further notes
